Privacy Policy

• What you send us. When you request an architecture call we collect your name, work email, optional phone number, company, role, industry, size band, the challenge and outcome you describe, your website, timing and budget readiness, and your consent to be contacted.
• Pre-assessment answers. If you use the pre-assessment, we store the answers you enter and the email address you use to save and resume, so you can come back to it.
• How you arrived. The campaign or referring source (UTM values and referring address) attached to your enquiry.
• Usage. Page views and interactions such as which calls to action are used. We do not record the content of your assessment answers in analytics, and we do not put your name, email, phone number or company into analytics.
• Abuse prevention. A one-way fingerprint of the network address a submission came from, used only to limit repeated automated submissions. The address itself is not stored.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare for an architecture call, to understand which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries, and to protect the forms from abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

These are the processors actually in use for this website today:

• Lovable — hosting of this website and its backend.
• Supabase — the database that stores enquiries and pre-assessment records, operated within the Lovable backend.
• Cloudflare — network, security and bot protection in front of the site.
• Calendly — the scheduling tool used to book an architecture call. What you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy terms.
• Google Analytics — website measurement, active only when measurement is configured for this site and you have not opted out.
• Google Search Console — aggregate search reporting for this domain. It receives no information you submit.

Business tools used inside our own operations — for example our CRM and internal notifications — receive your enquiry only if and when they are connected to this site. We will update this list before any such connection carries your information, and we do not list tools we are not using.

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies and shows no consent banner, because there is nothing here that requires one. Measurement stores a small amount of information in your own browser (your campaign source, and your measurement preference) and, when Google Analytics is active, a Google Analytics cookie. You can switch measurement off for this browser below, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically.

Enquiries and pre-assessment records are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, and are removed on request. Abuse-prevention records expire within days. Analytics data is retained under the Google Analytics retention setting for this property.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mail@getaegisos.com and we will act on the request. You can switch measurement off at any time using the control above.

Enquiry and assessment records are stored in a private database that is not readable from the browser; only our server-side code can reach it. Credentials are held as server secrets and are never sent to your browser. Forms are rate limited and validated on the server.
