Pricing
Architecture-driven, not package-driven
AEGIS OS is a configured operating system, so a fixed price list would be dishonest. Engagements follow a consistent three-part model, and every final quote comes from an approved architecture.
Engagement model
Three stages of commitment
Architecture Assessment
A fixed-scope paid diagnostic producing the blueprint, readiness analysis, implementation roadmap and quote. Price is set by organizational complexity and the number of functions in scope.
What is includedImplementation build
Configuration of workflows, intelligence roles, interfaces, integrations and governance against the approved architecture. Quoted from the assessment, usually delivered in phases.
See the methodManaged Intelligence
Ongoing operation, monitoring, governance review and continued build under a defined cadence. Scoped to the deployed system footprint.
How operation worksIndicative ranges are provided in the architecture call once we understand scope. They are ranges, not quotes: the quote follows the assessment.
Cost drivers
What moves the price
| Lowers scope and cost | Raises scope and cost | |
|---|---|---|
| Data readiness | Records are structured and largely trusted | Data is fragmented, duplicated or undefined |
| Process definition | Workflows are documented and consistent | Process varies by person and exception is the norm |
| Functions in scope | A single function or team | Multiple functions with shared handoffs |
| Integrations | Few systems with modern interfaces | Legacy systems or manual data exchange |
| Governance requirements | Standard internal approvals | Regulated, contractual or audited controls |
| Change capacity | An engaged owner and available operators | Limited internal availability for sessions and validation |
How we quote
Pricing principles
- No build quote without an approved architecture.
- Phased delivery so scope and cost are committed in visible increments.
- No claims of guaranteed savings or return; scope is priced on work, not promised outcomes.
- Assessment deliverables are yours whether or not you proceed to build.
