The paid diagnostic every engagement starts with.

We take your systems, data, workflows, constraints and business units as inputs and score complexity, readiness and fit. You receive an architecture blueprint, a phased roadmap and a quote. The assessment fee is credited against implementation when you proceed.

Architecture design

The operating model, written down before anything is built.

Records, workflows, intelligence roles, approval points and evidence are defined against how your business actually runs. Systems that stay in place are mapped, and the order of work is set so each phase stands on the one before it.

Managed AEGIS

Ongoing operation, governance review and continued build.

After deployment the system is monitored, supported and improved as a service. Governance is reviewed on a schedule and new work is planned against the same architecture rather than bolted on.

What exactly is AEGIS OS™?
AEGIS OS™ is a custom AI operating system and implementation platform. It unifies people, data, workflows and intelligence into one governed operating record, rather than adding another point tool beside the ones you already run.
Do I have to start with the Architecture Assessment?
Yes. The assessment is the paid diagnostic that produces the architecture, the roadmap and the quote. Pricing is architecture-driven, so there is no accurate figure before it. The assessment fee is credited against implementation when you proceed.
How is AEGIS OS™ priced?
Implementation is priced from the architecture the assessment produces, and Managed AEGIS is a recurring monthly service. Published ranges on the pricing page explain what moves the number: number of users and entities, modules in scope, integrations, data migration and governance requirements.
Will AEGIS OS™ replace the systems we already use?
Not by default. Systems that stay in place are connected through their documented interfaces. Replacement is a decision made in the architecture, not an assumption.
How long does implementation take?
Delivery is phased and the number of phases comes out of the assessment. Your quote carries a phase-by-phase timeline with the work products handed over in each phase.
Who is AEGIS OS™ for?

Is the AI making decisions on its own?

Managed AEGIS covers monitoring, support, governance review and continued build, so the system keeps matching the business as it changes.
