- It is not a guarantee of savings, ROI or performance outcomes. Results depend on decisions, adoption and conditions we do not control.
- It is not a build. Implementation is scoped separately from the roadmap and quote it produces.
- It is not a vendor selection exercise. It defines the architecture your operation requires, including where existing systems stay in place.
