Architecture Assessment

A paid diagnostic before anything gets built

AEGIS OS does not quote a build from a discovery call. The Architecture Assessment is a paid engagement that produces the blueprint, the roadmap and the quote — deliverables you own whether or not you proceed.

Why it exists

Most failed AI programs are scoping failures

Building against an unexamined operating model produces systems that nobody trusts and nobody owns. The assessment forces the hard definitions — truth, ownership, scope and governance — before implementation cost is committed.

Inputs

What we need from you

  • Working sessions with the operators who run the process day to day
  • Review of current systems, tools and where records actually live
  • Sample documents, records and reports that represent real work
  • Current workflow descriptions, handoffs and approval points
  • Constraints: regulatory, contractual, security and internal policy
  • Objectives and priorities from the accountable executive

Deliverables

What you receive

Operating model map

How work enters, moves and completes today, including where it stalls and who unblocks it.

Source-of-truth definition

Which records, documents and definitions are authoritative, and what has to change before intelligence can rely on them.

Architecture blueprint

The target design across interface, execution, intelligence, truth and governance layers.

Complexity and readiness analysis

An assessment of data readiness, process maturity, integration complexity and organizational readiness, with the risks each creates.

Implementation roadmap

A phased sequence of work with dependencies, decisions required and what each phase delivers.

Architecture-driven quote

A scoped quote for the build, based on the architecture rather than a generic package price.

Scope boundaries

What the assessment is not

  • It is not a guarantee of savings, ROI or performance outcomes. Results depend on decisions, adoption and conditions we do not control.
  • It is not a build. Implementation is scoped separately from the roadmap and quote it produces.
  • It is not a vendor selection exercise. It defines the architecture your operation requires, including where existing systems stay in place.

Next step

Determine whether an assessment fits

The architecture call is a working conversation about your operating model. If an assessment is not the right step, we will say so.
