These terms govern your use of the public website at GetAegisOS.com, operated by AEGIS OS. The authenticated operating platform at app.getaegisos.com, and any paid engagement such as an Architecture Assessment or an AEGIS OS™ implementation, are governed by their own signed agreements, which take precedence over this page.

This website describes the AEGIS OS™ platform, our method and our engagement models. Content here is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Capabilities described as “planned” are under development and are not available functionality. Nothing on this site is a promise of savings, revenue, return on investment or any particular outcome; any quote, scope and timeline for work is defined only in a written Architecture Assessment blueprint and engagement agreement.

References to systems that may be connected to AEGIS OS™ describe implementation targets and capabilities, not live integrations with your environment. RAW Deal Flow and RAW Capital Raise are AEGIS-powered deployments described for illustration of the platform in operation; KADAK AEGIS is a licensed enterprise deployment and does not imply ownership of AEGIS OS™ by any licensee.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, clinical or other professional advice. Industry pages describe operating workflows AEGIS OS™ is designed to support; they do not replace the judgement of licensed professionals in your industry. Healthcare-related content is explicitly non-clinical.

The AEGIS OS™ name, the AEGIS acronym treatment (Acquisition, Evaluation, Governance, Intelligence, Structuring), the site design, copy, diagrams and resources content are the property of AEGIS OS™. You may share links to public pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, reproduce our frameworks as your own, or use the AEGIS name or marks to imply affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or another person’s information through our forms;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to disrupt the site or its backend;
• scrape the site at a volume or rate that degrades service for others;
• use the site or its content for unlawful purposes or spam.

Forms are rate limited and validated server-side, and abusive submissions may be discarded without notice.

The AEGIS assistant on this site provides general information about AEGIS OS™ and can be wrong or incomplete; verify anything that matters with us directly. Do not submit confidential information, personal data of others, or regulated data through the assistant or forms. How the assistant and our AI features handle information is described in our AI Use Policy.

Links and embedded tools — for example scheduling through Calendly and the authenticated platform at app.getaegisos.com — are operated under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party terms, availability or practices.

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEGIS OS™ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of this website, and our total liability relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
