AEGIS OS TRAVEL™ — PRICING
Priced from the architecture, not from a package
A single advisor consolidating a CRM and follow-up is a different build from an organization running advisor workspaces, group commerce and campaign production. The assessment establishes scope; the quote comes from scope.
Engagement models
Three stages, in order
Architecture Assessment
Every engagement starts here.
A paid diagnostic of your travel business: how inquiries arrive, how advisors work, where records live, what the host-agency and supplier relationships require, and what governance your organization needs. You receive an architecture blueprint, a phased roadmap and a quote. The fee is credited against implementation when you proceed.
- Operating model map for the traveler, advisor, group and partner journeys
- Source and data readiness review
- Recommended modules, agents and integrations
- Phased roadmap and an architecture-driven quote
Implementation and build
After the architecture is approved.
Priced from the architecture, not from a package. Modules are configured, agents are scoped and bounded, approved sources are loaded, integrations are built against documented interfaces and your team is brought onto the system in phases.
- Module configuration and agent scoping
- Source Brain loading and governance setup
- Integration and migration work in scope
- Validation against real work before launch
Managed AEGIS
Ongoing, after launch.
A recurring monthly service covering platform operation, monitoring, support, governance review and continued build, so the system keeps matching the business as the season, supplier mix and team change.
- Platform operation and monitoring
- Agent boundary and governance review
- Continued build and change requests
- Support for advisors and organization admins
What moves the number
Seven factors decide what a travel deployment costs
Advisors and entities
The number of advisors, teams and legal entities that need separated records, branding and reporting.
Modules in scope
CRM alone is a different build from CRM plus group commerce, campaigns and an advisor website engine.
Agents and supervision
Each intelligence role needs a written scope, approved sources and an approval path — more roles means more governance work.
Approved source volume
How much supplier, destination, policy and brand material has to be ingested, structured and kept current.
Integrations
Each connection to a CRM, host-agency resource, marketing tool or booking system is scoped and built against its documented interface.
Data migration
The state of your existing client and trip data decides how much cleaning and mapping the move requires.
Governance requirements
Multi-entity structures, organization-level approvals and audit expectations add design and validation work.
Where scope is unusually large, spans multiple entities or carries heightened regulatory exposure, a person reviews the architecture before any figure is issued.
Questions
Pricing questions
- Why is there no price list for AEGIS OS Travel™?
- Pricing follows the architecture. A single advisor consolidating a CRM and follow-up is a different build from an organization running advisor workspaces, group commerce and campaign production. The Architecture Assessment produces the scope, and the quote comes from that scope.
- What does the assessment fee cover, and is it credited?
- It covers the diagnostic work, the architecture blueprint, the readiness analysis, the phased roadmap and the quote. The fee is credited against implementation when you proceed to build.
- Is there a monthly cost after launch?
- Yes. Managed AEGIS is a recurring monthly service covering platform operation, monitoring, support, governance review and continued build. Its level is set in the quote alongside implementation.
- Does AEGIS OS Travel™ replace my host agency, suppliers or booking systems?
- No. AEGIS OS Travel™ is the intelligence and orchestration layer connecting your business. Host agency, supplier and booking relationships continue as they are, and AEGIS connects to them where an interface exists and the integration is in scope.
- Can I start with one part of the system?
- Yes. Delivery is phased, and the roadmap sequences work so each phase stands on the one before it. Many travel businesses start with the CRM and follow-up layer before adding agents, commerce or campaigns.
- What if my scope needs a custom review?
- Multi-entity structures, unusual regulatory exposure or very large migrations trigger a custom architecture review instead of a range. In that case a person reviews the scope before any figure is issued.
