Glossary
AI operating system
A governed system that unifies people, data, workflows and intelligence.
Definition
In AEGIS terms, an AI operating system is the layer an organization runs its work on: a source of truth for data and definitions, workflows that carry work through the business, intelligence that drafts and analyses, and governance that records who approved what. It is distinct from a single tool or assistant because it holds the operating model, not one task.
How AEGIS uses it
Used to describe the whole AEGIS deployment rather than any individual workflow or model.
