Workflow
A defined sequence of steps that carries work from trigger to outcome.
Definition
A path through the business with a trigger, ordered steps, owners, handoffs, exceptions and an end state. In AEGIS, workflows are modelled on how the organization actually operates before any intelligence is attached to them.
